What you'll do

• Recruit and screen candidates
• complete onboarding and offboarding tasks
• manage HR files and employment records
• set up staff technology equipment as needed
• track onboarding and continuing education compliance
• perform data entry, filing, and record maintenance
• administer benefits
• assist with new-hire onboarding and training
• maintain knowledge of EEO and affirmative action guidelines and laws.
