What you'll do

• Support store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink
• act as Manager on Duty when assigned
• communicate priorities and expectations
• train, coach, and provide feedback to associates
• plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution
• address issues and support loss prevention and safety
• model customer service and selling behaviors
• support scheduling, payroll controls, and policy compliance
• maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and an organized sales floor and stockroom.
