What you'll do

• Develop annual business development plans, growth priorities, marketing plans, and budgets
• manage market positioning, branding, website, social media, and external communications
• lead capture and proposal strategy and interview preparation
• apply AI tools, CRM data, and digital marketing to improve opportunity tracking and outreach
• monitor market and competitor intelligence
• report growth performance
• lead client account planning and relationship development
• coach technical staff in business development
• and hire, train, and mentor marketing and business development staff.
