What you'll do

• Greet patients, visitors, and vendors

• process records
• assist with check-in and check-out
• collect copays
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• manage provider schedules
• prepare charts
• send reminders and follow-up instructions
• coordinate communication
• maintain supplies
• use EMR systems
• assist with quality improvement and patient satisfaction.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required. One year of healthcare, medical office, hospital, or customer service experience and EMR experience are preferred. BLS and CMAA are described as preferred, with CMAA not required.
