What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate room cleaning, public-area maintenance, and laundry services
• train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff
• manage cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment inventory
• inspect guest rooms and public spaces and address maintenance issues
• coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
