What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas
• verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed
• maintain activity, incident, and access-control documentation
• respond to incidents and alarms
• and communicate concerns to leadership, property management, or responders.
