The Residential Services team supports Lifetime Assistance’s mission to foster independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community and recreational participation
• drive agency vehicles as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• and complete required training and development.

Why this role

24 hours per week: Friday 3:00–11:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. No prior experience is required. First Aid/CPR, SCIP-R, and medication administration certification are required or must be obtainable; background checks and clearances are required.
