What you'll do

• Provide courteous, timely phone service to members and prospective members.
• Assist with account openings and closings, transactions, card requests, address changes, certificates of deposit, check orders, and service-request follow-up.
• Research issues, verify funds and account availability, and help members use electronic services.
• Provide remote Interactive Teller Machine coverage as needed, protect member information, and comply with Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money-laundering, and security requirements.
