The representative supports contractor and industry customers by recommending products, processing orders, and coordinating inventory and fulfillment. Working with outside sales colleagues and keeping customers informed about products and promotions helps maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales.

What you'll do

• Advise customers on products for their projects
• handle inbound and outbound phone and in-person interactions
• collaborate with outside sales representatives
• process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers
• explain promotions, products, and industry trends
• maintain records, process payments, and support order fulfillment.
