The technician prepares and maintains vehicles for safe operation, performs repairs and diagnostic testing, and coordinates issues through validation. The work supports vehicle development, testing, demonstrations, and fleet readiness as autonomous vehicle services expand.

What you'll do

• Configure, prepare, maintain, diagnose, and approve vehicles for safe road operation
• perform scheduled and preventive maintenance, repairs, and fleet rework
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and vehicle system issues
• coordinate repairs through validation
• execute diagnostic test plans
• support vehicle demonstrations and testing
• maintain service records and field reports
• organize shop facilities and tools
• assist with parts inventory
• follow safety procedures.
