Senior Commercial Project Manager

The Senior Commercial Project Manager is an onsite role based in Kirkland, WA, with a salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 per year. This position supports a leading local General Contractor by managing diverse commercial construction projects ranging from $5 million to $150 million in budget. The role exists to provide comprehensive leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from preconstruction through completion. The manager is responsible for strategic execution, including trade contract management, cost control, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate personnel and resources for commercial projects
• provide preconstruction support
• oversee project development from inception to completion
• prepare and execute Project Executive Plans
• manage trade contracts and procurement
• monitor project performance including schedule and cost control
• lead project meetings
• ensure quality assurance and compliance with specifications
• develop site logistics plans.
