What you'll do

• Lead recruiting and interviewing for seasonal employees
• monitor associate performance and correct errors or problems
• review schedules and approve timecards
• work with Human Resources on employee relations and training
• ensure assigned offices meet setup, technology, supply, and facility standards
• guide employees through complex issues and escalated complaints
• monitor financial and productivity reports
• support office revenue, cash control, and tax return count goals.
