What you'll do

• Complete service requests, punch-outs, and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot appliances
• perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• paint and repair interior components
• service appliances and clear drains
• remove bulk trash
• maintain grounds and mechanical areas
• track tools and supplies
• document work orders
• and follow OSHA, Fair Housing, safety, and company procedures.
