What you'll do

• Prepare sandwiches and salads
• make dressings and sauces
• support other restaurant areas when needed
• maintain sandwich displays
• complete production, usage, and waste reports
• order products and materials as necessary
• maintain par levels and restock stations
• report equipment issues and low supplies
• conduct inventory assessments
• clean and sanitize storage, work areas, equipment, containers, utensils, and dishes
• receive and store stock.
