General Laborer — Dock

The General Laborer — Dock role is onsite in Baytown, TX. Pay is $15 per hour. Liberty Tire Recycling reclaims and recycles tires into raw materials for sustainable products. The role supports daily plant production through manual labor, material handling, housekeeping, and safety practices. Depending on assignment, the laborer may support the Dock, TDF, Grade, Mulch, or Crumb lines, helping maintain material flow and efficient facility operations.

What you'll do

• Perform general labor in assigned production areas
• support production and granulation by maintaining material flow and assisting machine operation
• load and unload raw materials and finished products
• move and stack materials
• prepare products for shipment by wrapping, capping, tagging, and labeling
• clean equipment and work areas
• report blockages, spills, and unsafe conditions
• assist maintenance personnel as directed
• operate a skid steer, forklift, or man lift only if trained, authorized, and required
• follow PPE, safety, and LOTO practices.
