Armed Security Site Supervisor

Job overview

The Armed Security Site Supervisor role is onsite in Pooler, GA, with a stated schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and after-hours emergency response as required. Pay is $24 per hour. The supervisor oversees a VIP security account and its site operations. The role leads security personnel and coordinates daily operations to protect people and property while meeting client and contractual requirements. Staff development, operational oversight, and strong client relationships support consistent security service delivery.

What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day security operations at the assigned client site
• manage security staff, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development
• ensure service quality and contract compliance
• maintain client and employee relationships
• handle escalated security issues and emergencies
• coordinate site-specific training
• maintain operational procedures, equipment, and inventories
• communicate with clients and leadership.
