The Customer Product Solutions Manager, Aviation Robotics role is onsite in Redwood City, CA, with a base salary range of $135,000–$165,000 per year. The role supports customer delivery and deployment of robotics programs in aviation; travel up to 20%, including international travel, is required. Dexterity develops robotics systems intended to handle repetitive and physically difficult work. The role coordinates program execution across customers and internal teams, translating technical work into plans, documentation, and clear updates. It helps ensure deployments, customer requirements, and program deliverables remain aligned with internal standards and applicable aviation safety and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide customer updates on program milestones, risks, and timelines
• help manage customer expectations with the product lead
• translate technical challenges for non-technical stakeholders
• author, contribute to, and organize project plans, risk management plans, concepts of operations, solution designs, statements of work, and other contractual documents
• ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and timely
• support alignment with customer requirements and aviation safety and compliance standards
• help build compliance lists and definitions for AI robotics in aviation
• coordinate execution across engineering, product, and operations
• drive deployment at customer sites including airports and aviation hubs
• assist with customer transition, documentation, training coordination, and handoff
• participate in site surveys and document constraints
• track dependencies, risks, and action items
• maintain program schedules and status reporting.
