The Assistant Project Manager role is onsite in Warrenton, MO. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000 per year. J.F. The role supports Project Managers and project delivery by coordinating purchasing, materials, permits, records, service appointments, and project meetings. It also serves as a liaison among general contractors, suppliers, and project accounting, while cross-training across the C&I Division to build broader capability.

What you'll do

• Prepare weekly pricing reports and statements of charges
• enter and track purchase orders and materials
• assist with submittals and maintain logs
• run requested project reports
• approve invoices when the Project Manager is unavailable
• set up electronic files and internal job forms
• coordinate permits, service jobs, and project closeout documents
• support timesheet approval, receivables follow-up, calls, paperwork, meeting notes, and shared calendars
• coordinate kickoff and closeout meetings
• cross-train across the C&I Division.
