What you'll do

• Advocate for clients and help them access treatment and services
• support individual service plans
• maintain records and required documentation
• meet clients at program sites and in the community
• consult with families and care providers with client consent
• coach clients in social skills, money management, hygiene, and job readiness
• assist with benefits eligibility
• provide on-the-spot counseling
• drive for program business, including outreach and appointments
• provide rotational after-hours on-call coverage based on program needs.
