The Lead Club Leader, Afternoon Shift role is onsite in Moreno Valley, CA, at Val Verde School District locations. It is part-time, with 20–25 hours per week and program hours Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., varying by location. Pay is $23.00–$25.36 per hour. Woodcraft Rangers provides expanded learning programs for youth ages 4–18. The lead supports a safe, inclusive, engaging learning environment and serves as the primary contact for families and school partners. The role leads age-appropriate activities, monitors attendance and engagement, communicates with parents, and coordinates with colleagues and the Program Manager.

What you'll do

• Lead on-site club activities and serve as the primary contact for parents and school partners
• respond to program needs during operating hours

• coordinate culminating activities and request materials
• follow safety protocols and submit daily attendance
