The Security Officer, Shopping Mall Driver Patrol role is onsite in Bethesda, MD, with Wednesday and Thursday shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Compensation is $21.00 per hour. The role exists to safeguard shoppers, tenants, employees, and visitors through visible patrols, customer service, professional incident response, and clear reporting.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• conduct unarmed patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and assigned locations
• respond to incidents and disturbances, notify appropriate personnel, and document activities
• monitor access points, assist visitors, and report suspicious or prohibited behavior
• maintain activity logs and communicate with leadership and site contacts.

Why this role
