What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, and mentor store managers and teams
• develop leaders through training and performance coaching
• foster an inclusive culture aligned with company values
• ensure consistent execution of AKIRA’s 5 Steps of Selling
• provide hands-on support and feedback
• drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• maintain store presentation, visual standards, inventory practices, and customer service
• enforce policies and Code of Conduct
• promote collaboration and sharing of best practices.
