Assistant Club Manager

• Support the Club Manager with daily operations across sales, fitness, and front desk
• coach staff on service standards, cleanliness, and sales processes
• support sales and membership growth
• onboard and train team members
• resolve member concerns
• assist wherever needed to keep the club running smoothly
• work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
