Member Experience and Facility Associate

What you'll do

• Greet and assist members and provide information about services and programs
• respond to inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• monitor facility conditions and coordinate repairs
• maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, equipment, and amenities
• support facility policies and safety procedures
• assist with scheduling facility use, events, and activities
• collaborate to improve service and operations
• document member interactions and facility incidents.

Why this role
