What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes and wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silver using assigned equipment and procedures
• follow safety procedures and maintain required temperatures and chemical levels
• keep the dish area orderly
• sweep and mop kitchen floors
• wash food preparation surfaces and other kitchen areas
• remove trash and clean garbage cans
• transfer supplies and equipment
• help load and unload supplies and product.
