What you'll do

• Lead internal technology across enterprise applications, workplace technology, infrastructure, data platforms, identity and access operations, and internal IT components of Technical Operations
• strengthen service delivery and develop operating discipline, roadmaps, ownership models, and capabilities
• support business continuity and modernization
• manage technology budgets, forecasts, vendors, contracts, licensing, cloud and SaaS costs, and lifecycle decisions
• implement security controls, manage remediation, support audits and privacy obligations, and partner with the independent security organization.
