• Assess assigned patients and gather health information

• evaluate patient progress
• provide safe, patient-centered care
• maintain sterile technique and infection-prevention standards
• collaborate with physicians and other professionals
• assist with procedures and patient transportation as needed
• document assessments and interventions
• and support education and mentoring of colleagues and students.

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid participating compact license, BLS, and ACLS. ATCN or TNCC is required within 18 months of hire; NIHSS is required within 30 days. CCRN is preferred. RNs hired on or after July 1, 2016 must graduate from a BSN program within six years of hire.
