Job overview

The Collector role is onsite in Sioux Falls, SD, with pay of $16–$18 per hour, a 10% shift differential, and eligibility for up to $400 per month in performance-based bonuses. The Goal Family of Companies’ Goal Solutions supports borrowers and clients through technology, data, and financial services expertise. As part of Recovery & Collections, the collector works with borrowers to resolve delinquent accounts, explain repayment options, and secure payment commitments. The role supports borrower repayment progress while protecting client interests and maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls about past-due accounts
• negotiate payment arrangements
• explain repayment options and account status
• encourage recurring payments and self-service tools when appropriate
• update borrower information
• document interactions
• process transactions and account updates
• follow up on payment commitments
• resolve concerns
• collaborate with servicing, operations, and recovery teams
• comply with policies and consumer lending regulations
• meet quality, productivity, and collection goals.
