Dock Manager

The Dock Manager role is onsite in Monticello, IL, with compensation of $16.25–$18.50 per hour. The role supports Willow Tree Missions’ donation and processing operations.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and donors
• collect required donor information
• prepare donation areas
• follow donation policy
• assist with carry-outs and loading, unloading, sorting, and moving donations. Keep the outside area and access routes clear and tidy
• transport donations in a WTM truck and trailer, refuel as needed, and report maintenance needs. Process, price, sort, and box donations
• prepare barcodes, follow the recycle program, and complete tally worksheets.
