Claims Coordinator

What you'll do

• Answer phones and assist with office duties
• enter claim data in the CRM from job start to completion
• monitor and update jobs through the claims process
• review compliance tasks and deadlines
• organize and upload photos and documents
• follow up with homeowners for missing information
• work with teammates on estimates and review final estimates
• track cycle times and service-level agreements
• communicate with customers, insurance agents, and adjusters
• enter daily notes and contact relevant participants.
