What you'll do

• Partner with member cooperatives on regulatory compliance
• research and help develop policies and programs
• maintain compliance documentation and reports
• develop and present training
• interpret existing and proposed regulations
• advise management on environmental issues
• assist with workers’ compensation and injury reviews and agency reporting
• audit regulatory files
• coordinate with the job training and safety department. Travel throughout Indiana is required, with travel stated as approximately 70% and overnight travel approximately 12–36 days per year.
