What you'll do

• Conduct planned preventive maintenance and daily corrective tasks
• respond to emergencies
• perform facility walkthroughs and record power, temperature, humidity, and alarm parameters
• use hand tools and test equipment to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment under supervision
• log work in CMMS
• read blueprints and system drawings
• follow lockout/tagout and other safety procedures
• maintain records required by applicable regulations
• assist with site emergency procedures.
