The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Care Partner role is onsite in Moreno Valley, CA, and pays $18–$20 per hour. The caregiver provides hands-on assistance with personal care, meals, mobility, and comfort, monitors and documents residents’ status, and reports changes to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• help with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed
• support ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities
• monitor comfort and respond to needs
• record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake and output
• report changes in physical, emotional, or cognitive status
• document care and resident interactions.
