What you'll do

• Manage an assigned clinical inbound team and day-to-day contact-center operations

• track status, analyze efficiency and data, and support resource allocation
• establish controls for SLA and KPI performance
• support patient satisfaction and program management
• monitor HIPAA and Medicare Fraud, Waste and Abuse compliance
• prepare reports
• review attendance, PTO, and timesheets.
