What you'll do

• Manage participant caseloads from enrollment through placement and retention
• conduct intake and assessments and develop Individual Opportunity Plans
• maintain weekly participant engagement
• identify employment barriers and connect participants with supportive services
• track attendance and progress
• deliver or support career readiness training
• assist with job searches and job matching
• coordinate with employer partners
• track placement and retention outcomes
• enter participant data and case notes in required systems
• maintain compliant participant files
• assist with audits and reporting
• participate in team meetings and outreach activities.
