Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

Job overview

Compensation is $100,000–$125,000 per year. The Commercial Plumbing Project Manager role works in offices and active construction sites and may be based in Cape Coral, FL, or Denver, CO; Breakthrough MEP’s project teams deliver commercial plumbing projects from estimating turnover through closeout.

What you'll do

• Lead project startup, scope, budget, schedule, risk, procurement, and communication
• manage buyout, submittals, RFIs, materials, change events, billing, and project controls
• coordinate with assistant project managers, superintendents, field leaders, vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors
• and drive quality, safety coordination, commissioning, and closeout.
