What you'll do

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders
• diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• perform plumbing and minor electrical repairs
• repair appliances, locks, cabinets, walls, and flooring
• complete painting and apartment make-ready work
• inspect vacant apartments
• maintain pools, equipment, common areas, grounds, and maintenance rooms
• complete preventive maintenance and service records
• report major repairs, hazards, and contractor needs
• maintain supplies
• and participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
