Construction Manager — Disaster Restoration

What you'll do

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• review mitigation scopes and develop reconstruction scopes, budgets, and schedules
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews
• ensure code, safety, and company-standard compliance
• communicate with property owners, adjusters, and teams
• monitor timelines, costs, change orders, and profitability
• inspect jobsites
• obtain permits and schedule inspections
• maintain project documentation
• support on-call or emergency response as needed.
