What you'll do

• Oversee daily site operations and staffing
• manage labor budgets and enrollment targets
• ensure compliance with South Dakota DSS childcare licensing requirements and CFOC standards
• supervise the Assistant Director and support site staff
• conduct performance reviews
• communicate with families
• oversee curriculum implementation, health records, medication procedures, emergency drills, volunteers, and inclusion support
• maintain site records and engage community partners.
