The Part-Time Registered Dietitian role is an onsite position based in Curwensville, PA, with compensation ranging from $28.00 to $33.00 per hour. This role supports the Cura-Hospitality team in providing high-quality nutritional care to patients and residents. The role exists to identify and assess the nutritional needs of assigned patients and residents, initiating interventions to maintain or improve their nutritional status. The Registered Dietitian contributes to the team by developing care plans, educating staff and patients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to enhance overall quality of life.

What you'll do

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions, quarterly/annual assessments, tube feedings, weight changes, and significant changes.
• Provide nutrition education.
• Create and update care plans.
• Complete MDS for Section K and CAAs.
• Use nutrition-focused physical exams to identify malnutrition.
• Conduct care conference meetings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in QAPI meetings.
• Perform monthly kitchen inspections and meal service audits.
