What you'll do

• Promote site safety and safe work practices
• support project planning and construction approach evaluations
• assist with construction schedules
• support projects throughout their lifecycle
• partner with project managers
• support development of SOWs, RFQs, and RFPs
• assist with contractor bid evaluation
• oversee construction coordinators and field support personnel
• serve as contractor point of contact
• lead project and safety meetings
• monitor contractor performance, quality, and safety
• manage contractor issues and change orders
• coordinate procurement and site logistics
• resolve field issues
• review contractor payment requests.
