The Systems Administrator role is onsite in Fort Meade, MD, and compensation is not specified. The position supports a customer on Red Arch Solutions’ PRIME contract. The role maintains IT system infrastructure and related processes, supporting implementation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations. It helps users resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues and keeps client, server, storage, network, and mobile systems monitored and functioning.

What you'll do

• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• provide Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems
• assist users with access and system use
• support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices.
