What you'll do

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
• park and retrieve vehicles safely
• verify visitor authorization and direct visitors
• answer calls and relay messages
• coordinate deliveries
• maintain security, service, and access logs
• safeguard keys and access items
• monitor lobby and common areas
• follow emergency procedures and report concerns
• maintain professional appearance and relationships.
