What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy within licensure and scope
• conduct clinical assessments including biopsychosocial and ASAM evaluations
• develop and implement treatment plans
• document services in accordance with organizational, state, and federal standards
• uphold client rights and professional boundaries
• support crisis intervention and consult supervisors on high-risk situations
• coordinate referrals
• participate in weekly supervision and case consultation
• contribute to quality assurance, chart audits, training, and treatment team meetings
• maintain licensure and continuing education.
