What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
• respond professionally to incidents and resident concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and delivery activity
• document patrols and incidents and communicate relevant information to management.
