What you'll do

• Lead field staff on projects
• ensure work follows plans and specifications
• supervise subcontractors, vendors, laborers, and other stakeholders
• coordinate materials, tools, information, and staffing
• complete daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, and accident reports
• monitor work and schedule activities
• conduct jobsite audits and site walks
• assist with quality control and pre-punch walks
• train and coach superintendents
• communicate with project and client teams.
