Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable from invoice follow-up through collection
• review aging reports and prioritize collection activity
• make daily outbound collection calls
• resolve payment issues and disputes
• send reminders and statements
• document communications and commitments
• post customer payments
• prepare aging and performance reports, including DSO
• reconcile receivables with the general ledger
• investigate discrepancies and unapplied payments
• coordinate with internal teams and collection agencies when needed
• and identify process improvements.
