What you'll do

• Provide technical direction to the Symitar programming team
• translate business requirements into technical solutions
• assist with development planning, prioritization, estimation, and resource allocation
• mentor programming staff and contribute to performance reviews
• develop, maintain, and support PowerOn programs, specifications, reports, and Symitar customizations
• conduct code reviews and promote quality, security, and maintainability
• troubleshoot production issues
• participate in testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing support
• collaborate with business partners, IT teams, project teams, and vendors.
