What you'll do

• Research prospective-member sources
• build and maintain a prospect database
• verify and update contact information and segments
• track prospect stages and flag readiness for handoff
• assist with scheduled emails, campaign list updates, event attendee lists, and outreach materials
• research university programs and student chapters
• support campus visits and career fairs
• maintain a calendar of student-facing dates
• identify engineering firms and maintain contacts
• coordinate with state societies, NICET, and the Membership team
• report pipeline size, list quality, and data completeness.
