What you'll do

• Operate and adjust compression molding machines to production requirements
• check quality and efficiency parameters and seek to reduce waste
• perform preventive maintenance and basic equipment adjustments
• keep the work area clean and safe
• complete production and scrap reports at shift end
• identify improvement opportunities
• support special projects and orientation or training of new technicians
• report equipment irregularities and risks to the supervisor
• follow company and integrated management system requirements.
